Abstract
Product management (PM), and product-centric approaches to data analytics can be valuable during Industry 5.0 (I5.0). This study explores the impact of I5.0 on data analytics by taking a PM perspective. A scoping review was conducted to synthesize a conceptual model for data analytics. The findings indicate specific characteristics of 15.0 for data analytics. The developed concept forms a logical whole consisting of flexible business processes, scalable data management, and advanced analytics. Productization, master data, dynamic data models, and holistic end-to-end product lifecycle analytics are at the core of human-centric tailored capabilities and deeper ethical, sustainability, and collaborative insights.
