Utilizing a qualitative case study approach enriched by Causal Layered Analysis (CLA), the study investigates potential business models and their adaptability within the ever-evolving healthcare environment. By integrating established business model frameworks with CLA, this research illuminates future scenarios and provides a forward-looking analytical framework for healthcare stakeholders.

The research explores three distinct future scenarios, each representing a unique timeframe within the AI-enabled healthcare landscape: immediate challenges and opportunities, mid-range perspectives, and far-reaching visions. By employing the CLA framework within each scenario, the study analyzes the underlying societal causes driving healthcare transformation, the evolving worldviews that will influence decision-making, and the deeply ingrained myths that may affect industry dynamics.
