During the COVID19-time, especially healthcare employees’ well-being has been at the centre of the discussion. This study provides new knowledge on how large healthcare companies voice their practices in the management of well-being at work and how well-being at work isin general seen as a part of the company’s social responsibility. The material consists of publicly available CSR reports of six largest healthcare companies in Finland. Additionally, the roles and contributions of the different stakeholders, both internal and external to the company, are presented and discussed. Considering the current situation in the field of healthcare, the results contribute to the topical discussion on the means and practices to manage well-being at work and challenges that are related to it.
