The People Capability Maturity Model (People CMM) is a system that helps different organizations effectively address their basic individual’s issues. This master’s thesis gives a sophisticated outline of the People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) and its use. It presents the People CMM as a wellspring of procedures for enhancing the ability and status of an organization’s workforce with regards to the IDEAL approach to deal with process change.
